SUGGESTED HOMEWORK TRAINING GUIDELINES:

 

AGE 6 TO 8:

  • 1 to 3 times per week

  • 30-minute sessions

  • Focus: Ball Movement and Dribbling

AGE 9 TO 12:

  • 2 to 4 times per week

  • 45-minute sessions

  • Focus:  Performance, Dribbling, Finishing, Passing, Receiving

 

AGE 13 AND OLDER:

  • 3 to 5 times per week

  • 60-minute sessions

  • Focus:  Advanced - Performance, Dribbling, Finishing, Passing, Receiving
